• Responding by approving or rejecting influencers' requests within 3 days.
• Maintain a 20% approval rate, i.e. approve at least 1 out of 5 influencer requests.
• Ensuring that approved influencer requests are delivered within 48 hours, even if the experience is suspended.
• Replying to all approved influencers who send us a chat message over the expin app within a reasonable time.
• Suspending the experience if you are unable to attend to additional influencer requests.
